Renee Sacharny has been serving people in the transformational health and wellness space for 20 years. She has traveled nationally and internationally teaching, leading retreats and workshops with the purpose of helping people release the patterns that get stored in the body from stress. Once these patterns are released, the possibilities of creating life as you want it become reality!!
Renee’s journey began with her 20 years of personally dealing with the rollercoaster of obesity, of not knowing why she was “sick, tired and overweight,” of being told at the age of 10 years old that she could have a brain tumor, and of dealing with the physical and emotional aftermath of this “perfect storm” of a sick life. Waking up in the morning most of her life not feeling physically able to get out of bed, anxious, morbidly obese, not able to function throughout the day because of long term fatigue, brain fog AND on top of that feeling depressed, usually angry, low self esteem and unhappy all served as the catalysts for the creation of sustainable solutions for herself and others.
It is Renee's honor to educate and empower people to uncover the physical anchors that keep them STUCK and to offer effective, powerful and natural solutions so that they can stand in their truth, stand in their power and truly live the life of their dreams!
